Be the best that you can be everyday in every way

SuperSelf is Love
70s-model-headshot

SuperSelf begins with self-love within you, your body, mind, and soul.

I believe that your soulmate should be “you” yourself. As my grandmother would say, “If you don’t love yourself how can you love anyone else or even recognize love in others?” Now, I have lived long enough to know that what my grandmother said about love is so true.

SuperSelf is the best “you” every day, in every way, and at every age!

SuperSelf begins with self-love within you, your body, mind, and soul. If you don’t love you, how can you be the best that you can be? Self-love lets you know when things are right for you or when they are wrong. Self-love will allow you to hear when someone is belittling you, it will let you feel when someone is envious of you and it will let you know when you are in an unsafe place.

When one loves themselves then they know how to give love, they know how to receive love and they are mindful of themselves and others. Self-love is a protector too, it does not abuse or misuse loved ones. Self-love allows you to have transparent, thoughtful relationships because love is your essence. True love from others, and true friendships, are heartfelt through self-love, and seeking love or approval is not necessary.

When we love ourselves first, we accept ourselves as we are. We are joyful, lovelier, and more open to change as we grow, learn, and develop personally. Self-love is believing in yourself. It will help you accomplish your dreams and make what seems impossible, possible.

Rise up, and believe in yourself. Rise up, there isn’t anything that you cannot accomplish! Be bold and bloom. SuperSelf with Zalise.

SuperSelf is the best “you” every day, in every way, and at every age!  It is polish and poise for confidence. It is a Wonder Woman look in control, it stands out in a crowd and is effective. It is you true and comfortable in your own skin, mindful of yourself, and respectful of others.

I cannot agree more that with your words of loving yourself first! It is so important to look INSIDE ourselves for approval and love, and not to expect or want approval from others. Follow your dreams! Yes, loving yourself allows you to listen to your intuition. This is very important! My favorite thing to do for myself (and my patients!), is to make a love mix of songs and recognize that you’re not singing these words to your partner, first sing all of these words to yourself! Peace and blessings, Melinda:)

Fantastic perspective, Zalise. As a father of a young daughter I am always looking for ways to improve my daughter’s self-confidence, self-image and her ability to be comfortable with who she really is. I’ll be doubling down on this one! Thanks again for sharing your perspective…
